How to brew the perfect cup:
For an authentic masala chai, bring equal parts water and whole milk to a gentle simmer. Add one heaped teaspoon of Chai Masala Ceylon Black Tea per cup and allow to brew for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sweeten with sugar or honey to taste. The milk brings out the spices beautifully — giving the cup a smooth, rich, and authentically warming character.
